I "met" Eugene while responding to on-line legal questions. He seemed knowledgeable so I reached out to him to discuss the particulars of a case I had. He was very helpful in providing insight. Over years we have met [even though he is on the other side of the State], shared information, cases, and discussed legal matters on a weekly basis. He is very bright, knows the law and puts clients' interests first and foremost. Eugene is practical and speaks with his clients, not just to them.
