She’s amazing In 2003 I was sentenced 28 years at 100%. In 2020 they changed the laws and I reached out to Erin. Erin remained fastidious and made sure to submit the motions and took the steps necessary to ensure that I was given a more accurate sentence based on what I was charged with. I was released in December of 2022. Her dedication and attention to detail was what got me released without having any additional hoops to jump through. Professional and Compassionate On October 30th 2022, I called 911 for medical care, instead I was arrested, assaulted, and publicly mocked for my current medical condition by a police officer in Washington County TN and refused medical care by an EMT (After being coerced by the officer to deny me medical care). I was released the next morning after posting bail and went to see Erin McArdle. She assured me she would take care of this and I had no need to worry about my case anymore. That's easier said than done when the city has charged you with an unjustified felony!
