I have seen Mr. Moretti during a hearing for a client and he successfully advocated for the rescission of a license suspension based on a strong legal argument that he adapted to fit his client's case.

Communication Skills: Excellent

Mr. Moretti is a polished lawyer who prosecutors and judges know will effectively communicate in court. I have also seen him interact with his clients and he appears to be very good at that as well.
