Complete waste of money Stay as far away from Stephen Elliot Briggs as possible. This attorney did so badly that by the end of trial I thought he was trying to lose. Completely unprepared, zero interest in defending me, struggled to come up with simple arguments, barely asked my expert witness relevant questions. Instead of using basic facts to prove I was innocent he literally implied I was guilty by asking "Have you had a long time to think about this?"
