Absolutely Awful Experience (Extremely Unprofessional) Do not go to this lawyer. I trusted Mr.Massel with our case for over 8 years. My mother and I thought Mr. Massel was processing and fighting for our case but NEVER got any updates or any time of progression. I deeply regret not consulting another lawyer until now. I found out Mr. Massel had not sent out any of the applications and forms (i.e. I-601 & 1-212) and on top of that, he did a terrible, totally mediocre job at strengthening our argument to re-open our case. He even let our NVC visas EXPIRE even after we had paid all fees. We paid Mr. Massel more than 3K for us to be back at square one. I have tried for two months to get him to give me records of what forms he has filed in order to get my new attorney all our information and he is not answering my calls and hanging up on me. He stole our TIME and MONEY. My mom and I could've had our green cards by now if only he would've paid attention to our case and done things the right way. He is not attentive and doesn't even know your case when you call. To this day, I am still trying to get answers from him but unable to contact him. Do yourself a favor and find another lawyer who will pay close attention to your case and not steal your time and money. This is our lives we're speaking of, not something light. This is why I felt the need to write this.
