Rude, Unresponsive, Lacking Clear Thinking and Counsel
Inexpensive services for small startups ($2,500 - $7,500) monthly retainers. However, you get what you pay for. Slow, unresponsive and rude unless you're the one signing his checks. Unethical and willing to work both sides of a transaction with poor legal judgement that overcomplicates situations and increases the legal fees of other attorneys working on the same case.
