In the cases I have had where I am opposing counsel with attorney Morris, I have found her to be articulate and a good advocate for her clients without engaging in tactics that drive up the bill for either of our clients and/or increase animosity - in the family law setting I think that is an essential skill. I have had a handful of cases where I am opposing counsel with attorney Morris, including one currently. She is articulate and does a good job advocating for her clients without engaging in tactics that drive up the bill for either of our clients and/or increasing animosity - in the family law setting I think that is an essential skill.

I have had trials with attorney Morris where different legal issues regarding property in a dissolution were contested. She researched her client's position and did a good job presenting it to the Court.

See above. Also, in cases where things have not gone to trial - but issues were contested attorney Morris was excellent at seeing what the issues were and applying the current state of the law to the facts.
