Whiniest man in Ohio I used him for a tax thing. He followed up once in over a year. Poor communication. Very poor. A year later I emailed him for a very uncomplicated situation…(very simple for Dean’s ability) .. No reply. I emailed again. Paralegal said yes, they got my email, Dean will call me tomorrow.
