The first significant matter David and I worked on was an employment mediation in December 2015 involving an executive at a major investment firm, which resulted in a successful resolution for our client. Since then, we have worked on several class action matters together, most recently in 2020 on two multi-million dollar retirement plan cases against Fortune 100 companies .

David could not have achieved the outstanding results for his clients without having a superior knowledge of the law.
