Rude, rude, RUDE! I called to speak with this public pretender. Here was unavailable, so I left a message. He did return my call the same day, but was very bossy, short when answering questions and when I tried to ask my last question, he cut me off in mid sentence and rudely said, "Gotta go ma'am!" Then hung up on me. I suggest, to those who have this guy assigned to them, ask for a different attorney. Because Mr. Arcuri seems to be concerned only with his paycheck, not about his "clients" much. If your caseload is causing you to have to rush so badly that you feel the need to be rude is okay, then you have to big off a caseload!
