Didn't follow up and forgot who I was I paid him to write a demand letter and never heard back from him. I called and he didn't remember me. After I jogged his memory he told me he had no record as to what I paid him to do. I asked him why he hadn't notified me that the other party never responded and he said and I quote, "I report on things that happen, not things that don't happen." I told him I wanted my money back and he hung up on me three times.
