David was my public defender in a tribal case and he strung my case out over 18 months.. I was also not informed of my court dates. I fired him & requested a new Attorney. He was also fired from The Choctaw Nation public defender's office. My case was going to be dropped he made sure that did not happen.

David Hale is one the best law attorneys in the state. He handle my case with assertiveness and stay on top of things with efficiency. I highly recommended him and will be using him myself for any legal things that may arise in the future. He had a great deal of legal knowledge.
