Excellent attorney - and person - and expert in UCCJEA and child custody matters My experience with attorney Darin Jensen, was absolutely positive. Finding Mr. Jensen was a godsend. Specific to Mr. Jensen, he is a subject-matter expert in UCCJEA (the Uniform Child Custody Jurisdiction and Enforcement Act), as well as PKPA (the Parental Kidnapping Prevention Act), as well as their origins.
