While Mr. Ogden and I did attend law school together, I truly only got to know him and his work ethic when he was opposing counsel on a hotly contested real property dispute.

Mr. Ogden helped steer what could've have been endless litigation into a resolution via one-day mediation provided by a retired judge. Both my clients and his benefited from a quick resolution to their dispute as attorney's fees could have easily ballooned into the five or six figure range.
