Daniel and I practice in the same geographic area. We both have solo practices in different legal fields, and consult with each other with some regularity.

Daniel has asked me on several occasions to step into a matter where he is conflicted out, or where there is a need for my particular area of expertise. Similarly, he is often my first choice when I need to have a litigator involved in one of my cases.

Q. When did you work with this lawyer?
The last major case on which we collaborated was in, approximately, July through October 2018. The last consultation was in March, 2020, when we discussed practice models during the pandemic.

Yes

Daniel is knowledgeable on the law and has good instincts. His people skills are also outstanding and I can be comfortable referring "fragile" clients to him, knowing that he will give them the correct advice in a firm but compassionate manner.

Daniel keeps up on current legal events and is instrumental in helping to plan our local Bench Bar conference which helps all of us maintain our knowledge base.

Daniel has always provided me with a sounding board for legal theories that I am ready to try, but that may be unproven. His input is invaluable.

Communication Skills: Excellent

In addition to being a fine attorney, he is involved in the community and has proved to be an effective spokesperson for those organizations which he represents. He is also persuasive in front of a judge and jury in the courtroom.

Ethics and Professionalism: Excellent
