I have known Dan for over 7 years, and have spoken to him almost daily about our cases, as his office is right down the hall from my office. I also hired him to represent me on a consumer law case, and I have referred a number of my clients to him as well.

Dan is excellent. He does not let opposing counsel bully him or his clients, and his knowledge of the law has served him well. In an area of law with some less than scrupulous attorneys, Dan's ethics and knowledge of law invariably results in wins in the courtroom as well as significant settlements.
