While I work in a different area of law than Dana, we occasionally have clients that cross into both of our practice areas, such as persons needing to defend a DVPO as well as a criminal charge.

Several times since she joined our office in mid 2024.

Yes

Yes, we have successfully resolved cases in the best possible way for our clients when dealing with a combination of DVPO and criminal charges. For example, working out a consent agreement for a DVPO to preserve the client's rights in criminal court.
