Craig Sams

Dismissive/Arrogant Hired Craig Sams to represent me during post degree filings. Mr. Sams talked a great game during the hiring process until it came time to actually accomplish anything. He was arrogant, dismissive and rude on more than one occasion. To say it is all about the money is an understatement when dealing with this firm ($55 to forward an email with no explanation or thoughts, just hit send). Kirkland & Sommers needs to realize that they are not doing a customer a favor by representing them, it is actually the other way around.
