I represented a plaintiff in a dispute between a property owner and a property management company. I instantly found Craig to be easy to work with, very competent, direct and no-nonsense. His work style and approach to the case allowed for a satisfactory and quick settlement between our respective clients.

Q. When did you work with this lawyer?
I first worked against Craig in the fall of 2017. Subsequently, we communicated often, referring cases to each other's solo practices and also bouncing problems and ideas off of each other. In November of 2022, Craig and I decided to join in a partnership. I have worked with him as partner and co-counsel on numerous matters since then. I value his competence, his understanding of the law as well as his knowledge of people and their possible motivations. Craig's work is impeccable.

Q. Was this lawyer an effective advocate/counselor and why?
Yes

Craig was effective in our one case when we were in opposition to each other because he listened to what was being said and he was knowledgeable about the law. He also responded quickly and was very direct. There was no gamesmanship on his part but a desire to reach a mutually satisfactory resolution for our respective clients.

Craig has a breadth of legal knowledge far beyond real estate and landlord tenant matters. This knowledge has proven very helpful both to our clients since our partnership formed but to me personally when I had to consult with him on challenging situations I was encountering in my prior solo practice.

Craig is very good at seeing patterns in the facts and applying the law to them. He demonstrates a strong ability to project through possible outcomes based on both the case law and the statutes involved.
