Do not use this lawyer I met with Chris and he told me that he could help me , he told me that it would cost about 4k to do what i wanted in a civil case. I told him that it was very important that we act on this asap. A week after I gave him the money, he starts to tell me he is not sure if i have a case. Then I can not get in touch with him for over 2 weeks. When i do, he says i still have a case but he needs to do more research, I told him if if he could not help me to send my money back. he assured me again he could help me. Then 2 weeks later i called him and asked him what he had done, He siad he had hired a new attorney and she would be heading up my case. He said that she would be in contact asap. Well two weeks later no call, no email all i kept getting was bill from them. I called after another 2 weeks and he said she would call me tomorrow. Well a week later she calls me and tells me i dont have a case. I then called Chris and asked him to send me back my money. He refused to take my calls or talk to me on the phone., He told me that he would not be sending my money back due to he had spent the retainer on research? That i would have to find another attorney to help me, that he was too busy ? So after close to 5 months, this guy says he spent all my money and did not do anything for me.
