Chris works hard to achieve his client's goals, while also helping clients understand when their short term wishes (i.e., being overly aggressive) do not match with their long term goals (i.e., a positive outcome in the case). Chris also does not make matters overly contentious because he does not believe it results in good outcomes for his clients.
