She left me broke and defenseless My attorney was Christine Kostello. After wasting almost $15,000 for divorce and custody they abandoned me. I received my divorce decree and my settlement order but the form suddenly dropped me after I inquired about my QDRO, to receive my settlement, and removal of my name from the mortgage. They claimed I didn't pay but i had money in escrow that was going to be transferred, $50. Then they had the audacity to try to charge me for them dropping me. This happened in December 22/January 23. I found out shortly after that the settlement was all messed up and what was promised me is not what I was going to get. Then I tried to get another lawyer and they said it was the worst settlement they have ever seen written and it would be another $5,000 to fix it.
