Charles Kuck is an expert on all types of immigration, from investor visas to employment-based immigration to Federal Litigation. He maintains a robust and rewarding pro bono practice, and has been an adjunct Professor of Law at Emory University and the University of Georgia for the last 17 years.

Charles Kuck is the founder and Managing Partner of Kuck | Baxter Immigration LLC and oversees its worldwide immigration practice. Mr. Kuck assists international immigrant investors, employers and employees with business and professional visas, labor certifications, immigrant visas, consular representation, and citizenship matters. Mr. Kuck also maintains an active Federal Court practice focusing on immigration issues. He has represented asylum seekers and others in more than 700 trials.
