Lying Crook This guy is a giant pile of steamy cow turds. At your consultation he will act like he is in your corner and ready to fight for you and as soon as he has your money he will fold like the cheap suits he wears! When we first met he told me there was 3 to 4 points of my case that I was violated on and after he took my money he just pushed for me to take a plea agreement. At one point even the prosecutor was laughing at his incompetence! Run away, far far away from this clown!

Charles E. Dutko Jr.'s Response: When you came to me you were looking at 18 months probation. I worked an agreement to 12 months probation. You decided you did not want the offer. I was prepared to take your case to trial. You decided to hire another lawyer, who worked out a deal for 12 months probation. If you have an issue, I would be happy to discuss with you. Don’t waste your your time or hard earned money on this lawyer keep scrolling down the list Dutko was payed a flat fee he needs to handle the job I paid him for but instead when I called him He hung up for me because he didn’t want to do the job !!!! I paid a flat fee for of $1000. Don’t waste your time on this guy close your eyes and do a random pic you’re going to do much better than what I chose

Charles E. Dutko Jr.'s Response: I’m very sorry you feel that way. You made an agreement regarding both the PFA and the custody order. That last time we spoke, I explained that you can seek a modification of the custody order and/or file a contempt petition if the other party is violating the agreement. That was more than a month ago and you never contacted my office to proceed with either.
