He's been practicing law for nearly 20 years so he knows his field very well. If he doesn't know something, he will research it until he finds the answer.

Of the two cases that Mr. Stavley represented me on, one was quite complex. He drafted an excellent complaint. He interviewed witnesses, did a ton of research, and met opposing counsel at the site of the damage / injury. At that meeting, he convinced the defense counsel that, should we go to trial, we would prevail. The case settled very favorably shortly thereafter.

Communication Skills: Excellent

He kept me updated on my case from beginning to end. He never dodges phone calls. He either takes your call or gets back to you as soon as he frees up.
