We did all of our meetings via Zoom and that went very well. She asked a set of very thorough questions and then patiently waited for us to come back with the answers. She educated us and walked us through the process, explaining each step along the way. She was very helpful when we were confused or unsure about difficult decisions, and we always felt she had our best interest at heart. She was prompt to all appointments and quick to respond to email, and extremely flexible. The last appointment was at her office which she was able to move outdoors with social distancing, because we needed to be physically present to sign documents. It isn't an easy thing to do, setting up an estate trust, but Carol made it easy and painless for us, and provided us with a very quick turnaround on the trust.
