Caleb an I attended Northeastern University School of Law together. Almost all of my classes were taken with Caleb and we spent countless hours studying for the bar together. Caleb was the one classmate I could always go to for the right answer, because his understanding of legal issues was second-to-none. He immediately grasped complicated legal theories and could explain them in lay mans terms. Part of this comes from his lineage, which is made up of successful attorneys.

Caleb's knowledge is tenfold, and it is only amplified by the fact that he is surrounded by a wonderful team of attorneys that he consistently utilizes.

Legal Analysis: Excellent

In law school, Caleb was always the first to understand the problem and apply the relevant law to the facts. This has allowed him to become a successful advocate for his clients and a persuasive litigator.

Communication Skills: Excellent

As mentioned above, one of Caleb's skills is taking complex legal theories and explaining them in lay mans terms. He has a knack for simplifying things to a jury of his peers or a judge, and it has proven him well in Court.

Attorney Koufman and I attended Northeastern University School of Law together. We were both on the Law Journal together. We were in the same section. His successes in classes allowed for him to achieve highly coveted internships, like one with a federal judge at the John Joseph Moakley US Courthouse. Since that time, we have worked on cases together. His work product continues to represent the pinnacle of effective advocacy at the highest levels in very complex cases.

Attorney Koufman consistently finds cases to help his clients' positions. He is able to draw on a wealth of knowledge and practical experience in his advocacy for his clients.

Attorney Koufman and I have worked together in situations where we have had to analyze whether or not certain cases match certain fact patterns as he prepares for motions in the various courts in which he practices, including but not limited to the Superior Court and the District Court of Massachusetts. I know also that he is barred in the Federal Court. I am always impressed by his ability to analogize fact patters in language that a judge accepts and meaningfully considers.

Attorney Koufman's clients are happy to have an attorney that responds to them quickly, with accurate information. Attorney Koufman recognizes that many aspects of his job are rather esoteric, and he is happy to find ways to effectively explain legal concepts to lay people.
