Caitlin Haney Johnson, an estate planning and probate attorney, with Randy Cubriel and under the auspices of the Austin Bar Association created CanLaw, a free clinic which provides cancer patients with basic estate planning documents in individual two hour counseling sessions. People leave with a HIPAA Medical Information Release, Medical Power of Attorney, Advance Directive to Physicians, Statutory Durable Power of Attorney, Will, and information sheet on non-probate assets.
