Sellers is a practicing attorney in the same town. He is an elected member of the County Board of Education, which is a client of mine for more than 40 years. So for the time of his tenure in that position, six years, I have counselled the Board and him and numerous matters. Sellers walks past my office to get to the Courthouse and I see him frequently.

Most of our practices when they cross, are common issues that do not require what I would consider in depth analysis.

As state above, there is not a great of legal analysis since we both already basic knowledge of common areas of law. Sellers knows those rules very well.

Sellers is well spoken and can hold his own in a heated argument.
