Terrible Attorney, helped D.A. railroad me This Attorney in 2004 of December in the 252nd district court Judge Gist WAS ineffective assistance of counsel, He had a copy of an affidavit notarized that was signed by the other occupant of the home that was raided, stating that the drugs that was found was his and not mine, also I had mailed a copy of that same Affidavit to the D.A. which the D.A. acknowledged receiving, Because Mr. Laine told me, the D.A. had an obligation to submit the exculpatory evidence into the record but did not, Mr. Laine also failed to submit it into evidence for the jury to see, which would have exonerated me, and on top of that, during Jury deliberation, the D.A. went into the Jury deliberating room and tampered with the jury, which this was witnessed by my sistere who was sitting in the lobby area in the area of the Jury deliberating room, and she saw the D.A. come out of the jury deliberating room, which is totally illegal, it was brought to Mr. Laine attention, and he did nothing, he failed to poll the jury and ask about this, My sister is willing to testify of what she saw, the D.A. coming out of the Jury deliberating room, and I still have the Signed notarized Affidavit to date. I was railroaded, I do not advise anyone to use this Attorney, you will get sold out and thrown to the wolves which is a corrupt Judicial system were all judges side with the prosecution and create law from the bench, I lost 8 years of my life as a result of this miscarriage of Justice when in fact I was innocent of this alleged crime.
