Brooke H. Unruh Resolved My 30 Year Old Mineral Rights Puzzle in a Flash A few years ago, an energy company made an offer for the mineral rights to 2.5 acres in Blaine County, OK. I had no idea what they were talking about, but they informed me the property was an inheritance from my grandmother. I spent some time trying to figure things out on my own (from Texas) but not getting anywhere. When I gave up and contacted attorney Brooke Unruh I was expecting a length search of county courthouse records that would likely not be accessible electronically. I figured it could get expensive, but I needed to find out what my grandmother had left me. After a quick review of my case, Brooke started a records search for a will.
