An excellent attorney. I've had several attorneys, Brent is at the top of my list as a quality attorney. He exceeded expectations and hit all the marks I wanted as someone representing me. Attentive, listens and comprehends, keeps you up to date, plans with you, and is knowledgeable. He knows the law well and how to use that knowledge. Planning, presentation, and execution all well done. The court system is not all about law, there has to be tact, navigation, and someone to guide you through it. Best lawyer I've had Brent is an amazing attorney. He's affordable, he listens, and is empathic to what you're going through. He got me out of a sticky situation, that could have resulted in some serious jail time. His level headed thinking and knowledge of the courts prevailed and was able to prove my innocence. In my experience most lawyers.. are crap.. Brent is the unicorn you need in your corner when things get bad.

Excellent lawyer and peace of mind Mr. Huff helped me with a case where I was clearly innocent. By helping me organize evidence and familiarizing me with the process we were able to have the case dismissed without ever seeing the inside of a court room. Clear communicator with a powerful presence and passionate about your rights! It was an honor to have Brent represent my interests when my wife had criminal charges filed against her when police were called in the midst of an emotional crises my wife was going through. He was on point in communicating with the prosecution about my wishes (as alleged victim), making sure the prosecution knew I wouldn't testify against her, strategizing with and getting information to and from my wife's counsel, and keeping me informed of what was happening and what steps I needed to take for the best outcome. He was adamant about defending my rights, and calling out an error in procedure a judge made when refusing to hear me during one of my wife's hearings. He made enough of an impact with the prosecution that they completely dropped the charges against my wife almost immediately during the pre-trial hearing. The defense wouldn't have been able to accomplish that on their own, nor would most other attorney's "just doing their job". It was Brent's passion for individual's rights and ability to invoke to the prosecutor's humanity that got the job done quicker (and therefore cheaper!) than I would have thought possible. Thank you, Brent, for giving me back my family, and for helping to ease our turmoil when facing horrendous criminal charges brought on by dishonest statements by overzealous and outright abusive "officers" of the law. Great Lawyer Brent went above and beyond to help me fight debt collection company he stoped them from making harassing phone calls and got them to drop a lot of penalties and charges. Incredibly knowledgeable What I liked about my lawyer Brent Huff was, he was much more knowledgeable about what would and would not work with my case then other lawyers I've had. He helped me understand, that if I want my driving license back, I would have to take my case to trial, and possibly appeal to the district Court on the alcohol interlock device charge. It went just like Brent said it would, and I got my license back. I think you'll be quite impressed with his services.

Excellent attorney to have on your side. Brent Huff is an excellent attorney knowledgeable in various areas of law, who sees his genuine purpose in achieving the most favorable solution for his clients. If standard procedures do not give the desired result, he is not afraid to use new approaches and innovative solutions for the most favorable resolution of the case. I live out of Utah state for many years now, and I needed a reliable attorney in Utah who can take care of some outrageous mess in my Utah court records from many years ago. Even though my case was rather administrative than criminal, it could eventually have very unpleasant legal outcomes for me. I hired Brent and did not regret this decision for a second. He put all my criminal records in Utah in order and went the extra mile reducing most of them to the lesser offense. Brilliant job! One thing I found particularly pleasant about working with Brent is that he always keeps you informed about what is going on with your case. Every time something new is appearing, he calls you and discusses the situation in detail. He always promptly answers phone calls or calls you back within a few minutes if he missed one. In other words, with Brent, you always remain in control of what is going on every step of the way. As a person who worked with multiple lawyers in the past, I consider this highly valuable.
