As far as I can tell, the only person who benefitted from the interaction between Brad Latta and me was Brad Latta himself, because he neither resolved my issue nor provided me with the refund he promised. He also wasn’t a good communicator. When I asked about the delays, he deflected my question, and gave vague and unhelpful answers.

Avoid if you know whats good for you! I'd give no stars if I could. He took $11.5k from me in just 2 months but did nothing at all for us. In our case, every negative review up here proved true. He spent most of the day on his cell phone. Our evidence was video and digital, but he didnt bring a laptop or even really try to get anything on record. His "Strategy" seemed to be do nothing, and when I called him out on it, he said all the failings in the case were our fault and that there are no refunds for disagreeing with his "strategy". Where I originally asked him for an adjustment, I am now seeking full refund / damages. The first red flag should have been the last.
