Estate assistance Beth assisted me through the estate/probate process when my mother passed away. She was wonderful to work with. She always made sure I understood what was going on and what was required from me. She was also very easy to reach whenever I had any questions for her. I was dreading everything after a couple intro calls with other larger firms (where you don't even speak to the lawyer that will represent you on the intro call), and I was so happy I kept looking and found Beth. Beth is an attorney that will provide knowledgeable and satisfactory legal services. Beth guided me and my wife in our estate planning that covered all the phases of that was needed. She asked questions and was patience in guiding us to be sure every thing was covered. After my wife passed away I asked Beth to help me settle my wife's estate which was more complicated because of children by a previous marriage. Beth did marvelous work in getting all things together. I was always informed and everything was on time.

Very honest and thorough - has your best interests at heart! Beth worked with my father to help him with revise his will. My dad has limited communication skills and she was very patient and understanding with him. She took the time to explain things in layman's terms to both myself and my father. She also reviewed his previous will and pointed out gaps that the previous attorney left open. She was extremely thorough and made sure all his wishes were clearly laid out on paper.

Beth is the consummate professional. In 2014, my then-husband and I were taking an extended trip to Europe without our underage children. Very caring and explained tih whole process.. Beth was great in handling my mom's probate matter after her death. I had never had to deal with a lawyer for any legal matters before. She explained the whole process, what needed to be filed and going to court. She was very professional and upfront about timelines and the cost of everything. I have since used her to also complete the probate process for my father and am working with her to complete my own will.
