Ben is very knowledgeable about the law and how to apply it to the facts of his clients' cases, and works very hard to make sure that everything in their case gets done correctly and quickly.

If Ben doesn't know it, he learns it. I often turn to him when I have a question about a statute or a case.

Ben has a good read on cases, and when it is right to fight a case and when it's better to take a favorable plea offer.

Ben is very persuasive to judges and juries, and has a good working relationship with prosecutors while not giving in to them.
