This was robbery The worst old attorney ever. Once he got his $15K retainer, I called him hundreds of times and I emailed him hundreds of emails. Once he answered my call after two months, he was 100% ignorant about my case. He did not read a single word. He got annoyed of me trying to reach out to him for very urgent manner because the judge ruled to sell my house unwillingly in a divorce manner to pay the opposing counsel. He withdrew without arguing a single word before the judge, not a single motion he filed, and refused to refund my retainer. I did not pay him to study my case if he chose not to litigate it.
