He has a vast knowledge of immigration law and many years of experience. He has been an attendee at and a panelist on many immigration bar seminars.

Legal Knowledge: Excellent

My regular interaction with him personally, and with regard to client cases, and at immigration seminars lead me to conclude that he has an excellent command of immigration law and procedures.

Legal Analysis: Excellent

I have seen Mr. Frager's work, whether it's the formulation of an adjustment of status project, a business visa project, preparation of trial work, appeal briefs or legal analysis, they are all of the highest caliber.

Communication Skills: Excellent

Our field of immigration law is peculiarly challenging in that communication skills are essential, but more importantly, empathy and understanding are required. Mr. Frager has these qualities that enable him to make a Chinese baker, an Iranian businessman, an Italian fiancé, and practically anyone, comfortable in his representation of them.

Mr. Frager is a long-term respected member of American Immigration Lawyers Association, of which I am also a member. Over the years, we became friends as we saw each other in difference conferences presenting on different topics.
