Highly Recommend Ariel My husband and I are so grateful to find Ariel Mossazadeh to represent us against a Public Adjuster that we hired to help us with our house claim we are currently going through due to water damage that covered the whole bottom floor of our two story house. The PA turned out to be a nightmare! He was not at all what we expected, he was out to take our money, he was not concerned at all just wanted to collect a check from our dilemma, allowing several important issues go resulting with us having to get three estimates for the rebuild money for our home. It is seven months and we are now able to have our contractor to start on the rebuild of our home. The contract we signed with the PA, had a three day grace period where we could rescind the contract after the three days, we were stuck until the rebuild was complete. The PA was entitled to 20% of the money for the rebuild. We contacted two other attorney's prior to finding Ariel, they both said pretty much the same, basically we were stuck and the it would be very expensive to get out of the contract. When we contacted Ariel, he gave us hope right off, he was calm, very considerate, and listened attentively. Because the investor of our mortgage company does not deal with third parties, we were able to request a Release Agreement from the PA, he sent us a five page release contract that we did not feel comfortable with signing. Ariel reviewed the agreement and modified it to include verbiage to protect us so the PA would not be benefit from any future supplemental checks if a check was to be issued if needed for the rebuild of our home. Thank you Ariel, for your quick professional insight, patience, answering our many questions and the caring manner that you showed us. We feel like a heavy weight has been lifted, we are so thankful to Ariel for giving us a new beginning with be rid of the headache we thought we were stuck with and the worry that we would not have enough money to rebuild our home because of the PA's greediness.
