April is well-versed in the law. She gave sound advice and counseled the client accordingly.

She has negotiated some great deals for her clients based on her knowledge of the law. She has also successfully litigated bail motions because of her legal acumen.

When asking April questions, she asks the right questions and points out the specific legal issues.

When we meet up to talk about our cases, she clearly discusses the problem, how to address it, and knows what to research. She does this clearly as she has excellent communication skills.

For example, if the client wants an expungement, but she knows the expungement will do them no good (i.e. - they want to become a nurse, and expunging one's record will actually not help them), she will advise that to the client and let them make the decision for themselves as to whether they want to pursue the expungement or not.
