Ms. Da Silva and I had a high conflict custody matter in the 2008 to 2010 timeframe. Since then, we have remained close colleagues in the Family Law community of San Diego.

Ms. Da Silva and I had a high conflict custody matter in the 2008 to 2010 timeframe. She represented the wife and I represented the husband. It was a highly contentious case and we were required to vigorously advocate for our respective client on issues that got heated. Despite the tensions in the case, she was a delight to have as an opposing counsel.
