Ms. Lien Le lawfully attempted to walk back from the women’s bathroom in the front of Wal Mart to her employer, Regal Nails. While walking past the water-fountain Mrs. Le slipped and fell on water leaking from the water fountain. Ms. Le suffered catastrophic injuries due to Wal Mart 's negligence and required major surgery. Andrew and I successfully represented Ms. Le against Wal Mart and obtained a confidential settlement.
