Hired Amaro in Feb 2020 for K1 visa and eventual green card application ($4000). Initially he was responsive if I had any questions or if any issues came up. Halfway through the K1 process he started becoming impossible to reach. At one point it took me weeks to hear back from him regarding some time sensitive documents that I needed. It was so bad that I straight up told him I did not want to continue using his services and did everything myself. I asked for my money back for the green card application portion since we had not started that yet. Amaro agreed to send a portion of the money back in July 2021.
