In our dealings with the Hedayati Law Group they showed up to court unprepared, causing the date to be postponed; calculated the settlement to the other side’s favor, short-changing their client by over $50,000; they filled out a Preliminary Conference Stipulation and Order with a filing date of February 31, (February does not have 31 days; that date does not exist); and in six filed court documents they misspelled their own name as Heydayati. The Hedayati Law Group is so astoundingly incompetent they literally cannot add and subtract, they cannot read a calendar, and they cannot spell their own name correctly.
