Beginning in 1972, Michael commenced his career as an Attorney/Advisor for the Department of Treasury, Tax Legislative Counsel, Internal Revenue Service, whereby he served as a liaison with the House Ways & Means Committee, Senate Finance Committee, and the Joint Committee on Taxation for the United States Congress.
