I was born in Erie, PA, and obtained my undergraduate degree at Case Western Reserve University. In 1994, I graduated from Duquesne University School of Law and have since lived in Pittsburgh, representing injured people in Western Pennsylvania and West Virginia alike.

My practice has focused primarily on Worker's Compensation issues. I have been the chair of the Worker's Compensation section for the Pennsylvania Association for Justice and am a member of the Pennsylvania and Allegheny County Bar Associations, regularly practicing in various courtrooms in Western Pennsylvania and West Virginia.

Each year I exceed my continuing legal education requirements by not only attending the state required courses, but I also teach Trial Advocacy and Procedural Law at Texas Tech School of Law as an adjunct professor every summer.
