In 2023, Jason became a board-certified specialist in workers' compensation. Jason is an Arizona native, born and raised in Tucson, Arizona, and is a second-generation attorney. Like his father, Richard Forcier, Jason’s love for the law comes from his desire to serve others. Nina grew up in Waterloo, Iowa, attended the University of Northern Iowa and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. Nina later attended Drake University Law School where she gained practical experience interning for Iowa Legal Aid and as a student attorney/mediator at the Drake Legal Clinic.
