Steve is one of the premier defense attorneys in the State. He started his career as a prosecutor. During this time, he gained an intimate knowledge of various Domestic Violence Courts, Drug Courts, DUI Courts, and other criminal court programs and procedures. Steve has spent over 6,000 hours in court and has argued more cases than most attorneys do in a lifetime. Recently, he completed his term as the President of the Utah Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. Having graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor's Degree in English and a Doctorate of Law from St. Mary's University Law School, businessmen and women, attorneys, even judges have relied on Mr. Davis' expertise with language and law.
