Steven Cohen was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York. Mr. Cohen received a B.A. in History from the State University of New York at Stony Brook, where he was a member of the Polity Judiciary. Mr. Cohen received his Juris Doctorate in1976 from the University of Florida. He is admitted to the Florida Bar, U.S. District Court, Southern District of Florida and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.
