A graduate of Temple University and Nova University School of Law, John R. Sorkin was admitted to the Florida bar in 1980. Although he practiced law and gaining valuable trial experience in Broward County as an assistant public defender, it was when dealing with family law that Mr. Sorkin felt he was providing an overlooked service, often needed by family members during a difficult time in their lives. With her broad background, Lauren takes a multidisciplinary approach in helping clients solve their current legal issues. Lauren has served as a deputy prosecuting attorney in the counties of Hawaii and Maui. Previous to that she practiced with small firms in the areas of immigration, criminal, estate planning, probate, and divorce.

Trevor is a graduate of Oklahoma State University, where he earned a B.S., magna cum laude. After earning his degree, Trevor worked in Dallas, Texas as an Account Executive for Marriott International. After two years at Marriott, Trevor went on to study at the University of Texas School of Law in Austin, where he earned his Juris Doctor (J.D.).
