My commitment for over 50 years has been to concentrate on business law as lawyer, educator, author, scholar. Major commitments were teaching business law/tax at Columbia Business School, with visiting stints at Stanford and Harvard Business Schools. A substantial commitment was counsel to Delson & Gordon, NYC law firm. My main commitment currently is to complete written works in progress.
